Privacy policy.
The short version: we collect one thing — a parent's email address, given voluntarily — and we use it for one purpose: sending you the Starter Pack and occasional Explorer missions. Nothing is sold, nothing is tracked across the web, and we never collect anything from children.
Who we are
Curious Explorers HQ is run by Sam Carter, author of the Curious Explorers books. Contact: sam@curiousexplorershq.com.
Children
This site and our emails are directed at parents and guardians. Our sign-up forms ask for a parent's email only — we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has submitted an email address, write to sam@curiousexplorershq.com and we will delete it promptly.
What we collect, and why
When you sign up for the Starter Pack, we collect your email address. We use it to send the confirmation email (double opt-in), deliver the Starter Pack, and occasionally send new missions or book news. That's the whole list.
Who processes it
Email sign-ups and sending are handled by MailerLite (an EU-based email service provider), acting as our processor. This website is hosted and served by Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build personal profiles — it tells us which pages are visited, not who you are.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly-functional storage used by the sign-up form exists only to make the form work.
Your choices and rights
Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by writing to sam@curiousexplorershq.com. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly on this page and update the date at the top.
